HOW TO PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARDS:

1. At Pay with PayPal window: click "Pay With Debit or Credit Card"

2. At Pay with PayPal Guest Checkout window: fill in your credit card details

3. Click "Pay Now". If you still can't pay with your credit card please try again with another credit card or contact us for further help.

 

ORDER ISSUE

  • I’m missing a product from my order, what do I do?

We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

  • I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

Please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the incorrect item's name and number. The team will sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway.

  • Can I cancel my order with you after I've placed it?

You have up to 12 hours to cancel your order from the time your order is completed through email. Once the 12-hour period has passed, it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order If you cancel your order, we will refund what you paid within 5 working days.   • What do I do if receive a faulty item in my order?

If the item is damaged when you open the package, please take a picture and send it to our Customer Care team. There is no need to return the damaged items to us. The team will send a new item to you free of charge.

  • Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

We will usually refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable). For more information on our Returns Policy, just click here.

  • Can I amend my order with you after I've placed it?

You have up to 12 hours to amend your order from the time your order is completed through email. Once the 12-hour period has passed, it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to amend your order. Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

 

DELIVERY

  • How much is shipping?

The Shipping rate is depend on what on your card and will be reflect at checkout. But don't worry, we won't make it hard!

  • My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your order has been sent on a trackable service, all you need to do is to type the tracking code into ‘Track Order Page’ and view your order.
